Miss Africa SA 2026 – Ticketing Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Miss Africa SA 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Entry
All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets must be presented upon arrival, either digitally or printed.
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behaviour.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant event changes, organisers will provide updates regarding ticket validity or available options.
3. Ticket Transfers & Resale
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from the organisers.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorised resale.
4. Event Changes
Event schedules, performers, venues, and programming are subject to change without notice.
The organiser reserves the right to modify event details where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Photography & Media
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, social media, and media purposes.
All media captured at the event may be used by Miss Africa SA and affiliated partners without compensation.
6. Attendee Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Any damage caused to venue property by an attendee may result in removal from the event and liability for damages.
7. Conduct & Safety
Dangerous, abusive, discriminatory, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Security and event staff directions must be followed at all times.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during the event.
9. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
